What we store

Account: your name, email, password (stored hashed), and the profile you fill in: age, sex, height, weight, goal, experience, diet, gym, city, phone and any injury notes.
Training: plans, workouts, sets, notes, body measurements, meals and food items, step counts and activities from Health Connect or Apple Health.
Media: form videos and meal photos you upload. Full-quality videos stay on your phone; the server keeps a compressed copy for review, deleted automatically after 10 months.

Who can see it

You. If you join a coach, that coach can see and edit your training data and read your profile, until you leave them or they remove you. A daily review link you share can be opened by anyone who has the link. RepLog staff access data only to fix a problem you report.

Where it lives

On RepLog's own server in India. We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising. Email codes and password-reset mails are sent through Google's email service.

Health data

Steps and workouts are read from Health Connect (Android) or sent by your Apple Health Shortcut (iPhone) only after you allow it, and are used only to show your activity to you and your coach.

Your choices

Edit your profile in Settings. Leave your coach at any time. Delete your account in Settings → Account: your data is removed from the server immediately. Questions: [email protected].
