Log every set in seconds, film your form, track idli to biryani, and send your coach one page with everything. Learn calisthenics and fighting skills step by step, and ask five AI characters anything. Coaches run their whole roster from one dashboard.
Big weight and reps blocks, last time's numbers filled in, a rest timer that starts itself. Personal records light up as you hit them.

Record with a countdown, keep the full-quality video on your phone, and send a small copy. Your coach taps the frame and writes; you get a notification that opens the video right there.
From idli and shorshe ilish to ramen, shawarma and rösti: tap, set how much, done. Your calorie and protein targets come from your own goal, weight and training days.

Doubts about form, food, a sore back or how the app works? Pick who answers. Every character knows your profile and recent workouts, and every chat is saved.
Serious and step by step, with YouTube links for every technique.
Gorilla caveman energy. Lift heavy rock. Advice still correct.
Princess energy. Sparkly, sweet and weirdly good at macros.
Retired army PT. Discipline, 0600 starts, no excuses.
Cold and brutally mean about your excuses. Never about you.
Share a day link and whoever opens it says who they are: viewer, coach or peer. Their message lands as a request. Add them as a friend to chat, or block them.
From your first pull-up to the planche, and from a clean jab to a double-leg takedown. Every entry has steps, cues, common mistakes with the fix, and the next progression.
Scan the barcode or snap the nutrition label. RepLog reads the numbers, tells you if it suits your goal and why, and logs it in one tap. Or send the photo to any of the five AI characters and ask.

An AI assistant in Messages with five characters: Coach Dev (serious, with video links), Grug the gym bro, Princess Pari, Major Rathore and Raven. Ask about training, food or the app, or ask for a workout plan with the reason for every exercise, and add it to your plans in one tap. Each character's chat is saved to your account.
No, on purpose. Reviews need a human eye, so form videos and workouts go to your coach through your day link or your coach's dashboard. The AI explains technique, answers doubts and writes plans. It isn't medical advice: for pain or injuries, see a doctor or physio.
Your coach, and anyone you send a day link to. When someone new writes, you get a pop-up to add them as a friend, ignore them for now, or block them. You can only chat once you've added them.
Yes. Learn has full calisthenics progressions (pull-ups to one-arm, handstand, front lever, planche, muscle-up) and fighting skills from boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, wrestling, BJJ and self-defence, each taught step by step with common mistakes. There are ready-made plans for each.
Yes. In Food, tap Scan a packet and scan the barcode, type its number, or take a photo of the nutrition label. You can also send the photo in Ask RepLog. You get the numbers per 100 g, a verdict for your goal with the reasons, and a button to log it.
From your profile: weight, height, age, sex, goal and training days, using the Mifflin-St Jeor formula with an activity factor. Losing fat takes 20% off, building muscle adds 10%. Log your weight and they update. You can set them by hand in Settings, and your coach's numbers always come first.
Yes. The Android app logs everything offline and syncs when you're back online. Videos upload in the background, small enough for mobile data.
